These qualities are an indispensable prerequisite for good cooperation and a pleasant, collegial working atmosphere.

Working independently, reliably and in a solution-oriented manner is the hallmark of a leader. An essential capability of a leader is to make decisions. In doing so, he should have a clear understanding of what he should or may decide. After all, the company's prospects for success and career advancement are based on decisions to be made by a leader. Decision-making is done to the best of the leader's knowledge and belief. Therefore, even if it is wrong, it is right. Mistakes are important and unavoidable - but a leader does not repeat them.
