By quickly and effectively implementing the wishes and needs for respective products or services, a potential Leader should develop a special attitude towards the customer relationship. The core task of a Leader is to gain the trust of the customer so that they can share their economic and emotional benefits with their company.



Build Trust and Respect

 

A leader should treat his colleagues with the same respect with which he treats his customers. For a leader, nothing can be more important than building trust and respect among his colleagues. These qualities are an indispensable prerequisite for good cooperation and a pleasant, collegial working atmosphere.
